Pursuant to Art. 14, paragraph 1 of the EU Online Dispute Resolution Regulation (ODR), we provide the following link to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not required to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. However, we will consider reasonable options for informal dispute resolution on a case-by-case basis.
